7th International Award Summer School: Brand new Award quality management course

After the 2011 Summer School was expanded to include an “expedition track”, this year the seminar program will get completely re-designed. The “classical” combination of Leaders Course plus Management Course will be replaced by the brand new Quality Management Course.

The course offers a thorough understanding of the overall concept*) and the main methods for Award quality management. Its most important learning tool is a detailed and realistic case study in which all levels of the licensing system are considered. Self-evaluation and on-site visits are covered in-depth.

The course is aimed at members of NAA executive teams involved in quality management as well as experienced Award unit leaders who will become quality assessors or consultants. All trainers have successfully participated in the training “Assessor competence” of the German Society for Quality (DGQ).

The course starts on Wednesday 25 July 2012 (arrival) and ends on Tuesday 31 July 2012 (departure) and includes six full days of training. Fee is 500 € (accommodation in the Alte Bahnmeisterei) or 750 € (hotel bed) and covers accommodation, meals and course materials (except “Introducing the EFQM Excellence Model”).
