    1. Providing the basic skills required for leading an Operating Authority by using the EFQM Excellence Model 2010 as a general reference and dozens of corresponding exercises for “learning by doing”.

    2. Preliminary self-test of the projected international Award Management Course by carefully documenting and reviewing each session and the seminar as a whole.

    3. Definition of EFQM implementation pilot projects – based on this reviewing process and involving all elements of the franchise system (optional addition on Sunday or Monday).
